混凝土搅拌机的散热器在使用过程中，会因腐蚀和积垢等原因影响冷却效果。清洗散热器，去除水垢，是恢复散热器的散热能力的有效方法。车用柴油机进行维护时，须清洗发动机的冷却系统。若水垢不多，可用水强力冲洗。此时散热器和发动机水套的冲洗应分开进行。
