关于这个问题，不少人存在疑问，以为自上料搅拌车需要自己准备水管将水注进入搅拌罐，其实不需要。因为料搅拌车是自带水箱的，在搅拌混凝土前操作员将水箱上满水就可以。

Many people have doubts about this problem. They think that the self loading mixer needs to prepare its own water pipe to inject water into the mixing tank. In fact, it is not necessary. Because the mixer truck has its own water tank, the operator can fill the water tank with water before mixing concrete.

通常情况下，水箱位于自上料搅拌车搅拌罐的正下方，两边水箱相互连接、相对布局，总容量600升，搅拌车配备“自吸式”的24V大容量水泵，吸水迅速，3分钟时间就能把水箱灌满。

除了外吸水泵、大容量水箱，自上料搅拌车还配备自动注水系统。待水箱灌满水后，驾驶员在驾驶室操作启用水泵，自动注水系统就会将水箱里的水注进搅拌罐，与其他原料混合，共同搅拌混凝土。

因此那些繁琐的步骤比如自己准备水管、再费力将水灌进高处的搅拌罐口等是根本不需要的，在自动上料搅拌车设计之初，这些繁琐步骤已经被打包省掉，毕竟便利、效率才是自上料搅拌车的设计初衷。自动注水系统另一大用处就是在每天作业结束时，将搅拌罐清洗干净，防止混凝土凝固于罐内影响第二天的使用。

既然搅拌罐内部由自动注水系统清理，搅拌罐外部包括整个搅拌车的车身当然也得清理干净，为此，自上料搅拌车配备了高气压水枪，专用于清洗搅拌车车身，能迅速将污垢剥离、冲走，还搅拌车一个精神干净的“面貌”，经济更便利。
