混凝土搅拌车的发动机采用柴油发动机,柴油机具有在转速条件不变时,其他性能受负荷影响而变化的特性。综合考虑各种问题,在发动机限速上要将发动机的经济油耗设置在特定的区域内,而不是一个固定的点上,在此油耗较为经济的区域内,发动机根据工作的具体情况及需要,选择区域内的某一油耗点,以此实现的效果。同时,混凝土搅拌车是一种运输工具,在运输过程中,频繁换档是常见情况。

因此,根据不同的档位进行控制技术设计是必要的。根据混凝土搅拌运输车的作业情况,柴油机的转速使得其油耗量在经济油耗的区域之内,技术应着眼于运输车的载物状况。对于混凝土满载搅拌运输车,调整发动机的工作点,使得车速降低,但混凝土搅拌运输车司机可以手动变换档位以改善速度降低等问题。对于混凝土空载的搅拌运输车,应限制发动机转速,但此举会使得混凝土搅拌车的较大速度大大降低,因此司机可以通过高档位实现速度的提升。

混凝土搅拌车分为四种工作状况:停车装料搅拌、满载搅拌运输、停车卸料搅拌、空载运输返回。根据混凝土搅拌运输机的工况不同,设计适应不同需求状况的发动机,根据混凝土搅拌车的外部负荷情况适时调整发动机的工作点,通过设计多条柴油机的变功率曲线,满足混凝土搅拌运输机在不同外部负荷、不同档位的需求。

在实际的操作中,结合混凝土搅拌运输机的牵引力、速度、档位,考虑外部负荷情况,选择合适的发动机,计算其功率,从而在特定范围内选择发动机的变功率曲线。变功率控制通过限制功率,使其在相关工作有质有量的前提下,降低油耗量达到节约能耗效果。
