1、搅拌车液压传动系统液压油的压力、油量、油质、油温应达到规定要求,无渗漏现象。

2、搅拌运输中,装载混凝土量不能超过允许装载质量。

3、搅拌车在露天停放时,装料前应先将搅拌筒反转,使筒内的积水和杂物排出。装料前,好先向筒内加水,使进料流畅,防止粘料。

4、搅拌车行驶中,接长的卸料槽须翻转后固定在卸槽上,再转与车身垂直部位,用销轴与机架固定,防止由于不固定而引起摆动,打伤行人或影响车辆运行。

5、搅拌车通过桥、洞、库等设施时,应注意通过高度及宽度,以免发生碰撞事故。特别需要注意的是现在四轴罐车的长度很长,在通过桥洞高度接近限时,长长的车身是下圆弧路面的一道弦,能通过的高度会降低。
