正确运用自动混凝土搅拌车有利于施工的顺利进行，而且能够提高作业效率，使用时主要是严格依照说明进行操作，在夏天，如果搅拌车温度过高应该马上停下来，等温度降下来后再进行工作。

The correct use of automatic concrete mixer is conducive to the smooth progress of construction, and can improve the operation efficiency. When using, it is mainly to operate in strict accordance with the instructions. In summer, if the temperature of the mixer is too high, it should stop immediately and wait for the temperature to drop before working.

1、操作自动混凝土搅拌车留意液压体系压力应符合说明书中的规定，不得随意调整。液压油的油质和油量应符合原定要求。

1. When operating the automatic concrete mixer, pay attention to that the pressure of the hydraulic system should meet the requirements of the manual, and should not be adjusted at will. The quality and quantity of hydraulic oil should meet the original requirements.

2、装料前，应先排净拌筒内残存的积水和杂物。在运送过程中要不断的滚动，以防混凝土离析。混凝土拌和运送车抵达工地和卸料之前，应先使拌筒全速以14—18转/分滚动1—2分钟，然后再进行回转卸料。回转之前，应使拌和筒停稳，然后再敞开回转。

2. Before loading, the residual water and sundries in the mixing drum should be drained. In the process of transportation, it should be rolled continuously to prevent concrete segregation. Before arriving at the construction site and discharging, the concrete mixing truck should first roll the mixing drum at a full speed of 14-18 rpm for 1-2 minutes, and then rotate to discharge. Before the rotation, the mixing drum should be stopped stably, and then open for rotation.

3、环境温度高于+25摄氏度，从装料、运送、到卸料连续时间不得超60分钟，环境温度低于+25摄氏度，上述时间不得超90分钟。

3. When the ambient temperature is higher than + 25 ℃, the continuous time from loading, transportation to unloading shall not exceed 60 minutes. When the ambient temperature is lower than + 25 ℃, the above time shall not exceed 90 minutes.

4、冬期施工时，应做到开车前查看是否结冰；下班时仔细扫除拌筒内及供水体系内残存积水，封闭水泵开关，将操控手柄置于“中止”方位。

4. During winter construction, check whether there is ice before starting the machine; carefully sweep the residual water in the mixing drum and water supply system after work, close the water pump switch, and put the control handle in the "stop" position.

5、在施工现场卸料完毕后，应立即用该设备随带的软管冲刷进料斗、出料斗、卸料溜槽等处，铲除粘附在车身遍地的污泥及混凝土。在回搅拌站的途中，应向拌和筒内注150---200L水以清洗筒壁及叶片粘结的混凝土残渣。

5. After unloading at the construction site, the hose attached with the equipment shall be used to flush the feeding hopper, discharging hopper, discharging chute, etc. to remove the sludge and concrete adhered to the vehicle body. On the way back to the mixing plant, 150-200l water shall be injected into the mixing drum to clean the concrete residue bonded on the wall and blades of the drum.

6、每天作业完毕后，司车应向自上料搅拌车搅拌筒内注入清水并高速(14—18转/分)旋转5—10分钟，然后将水排去，以确保筒内清洁。用高压水清洗拌和筒各个部分时，应留意避开外表及操纵杆等部位。压力水喷嘴与车身油漆外表间的间隔不得小于40厘米。

6. After the daily operation, the driver should inject fresh water into the mixing drum of the self feeding mixer and rotate it at a high speed (14-18 RPM) for 5-10 minutes, and then drain the water to ensure that the drum is clean. When cleaning each part of mixing drum with high-pressure water, pay attention to avoid the appearance and control rod. The distance between the pressure water nozzle and the paint surface of the car body shall not be less than 40 cm.
